Ingredients:
•1 c. Bisquick
•2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
•1/2 tsp. dry mustard
•1/4 tsp. paprika
•1/8 tsp. pepper
•1 egg
•1/3 c. milk
Directions:
Mix well. Dip hot dogs on a stick into batter to coat. Fry 3 minutes in hot fat. Covers about 1 pound of hot dogs.
